| 01/07/2010: MATTEO BOBBI'S DOUBTS AT THE EVE OF THE ROUND AT PAUL RICARD |
01/07/2010 - The fourth round of the world FIA GT1 championship, scheduled from tomorrow at Paul Ricard (France), announces to be difficult for Matteo Bobbi and, more in general, for all Maserati crews.
The latest update of the balance of performance sees an increase of 20kg in the minimum weight of all MC12 that are to be added to the 10kg imposed by rule before Silverstone, while the revision of the diameter of restrictors gives a further advantage to some rival cars.
Matteo Bobbi:
"I fear that the latest decisions of the technical board of FIA will compromise our chances to aim at the podium, but we have to wait the response from the track; our objectives are still high but it is clear that in front of a marked disparity of performances it would be very difficult to remain competitive. On used tyres the balance of our car should allow us to recover something but that would be a very limited advantage".
The event's programme follows (Italian time):

15.00 - 16.20: Pre-qualifying
